AskEgie is for four subjects: work and careers, education, money and housing. Perspectives and lived experience tied to those subjects are welcome.

Not allowed

• Personal diary entries and unrelated lifestyle content
• Entertainment, celebrity, dating and relationship content
• Political campaigning or persuasion
• Advertising, promotion and spam
• Harassment, threats, or targeting private individuals
• Private identifying information and doxxing
• Deliberately misleading or manipulative questions
• Duplicate or repetitive questions, and engagement farming

Before you post

Search existing Asks first. If something close already exists, add to that discussion instead of starting a similar one.

How enforcement works

Asks normally publish immediately. Content that appears to include an email address, phone number or street address is held for moderator review. Members can report any Ask, comment, reply or profile photo, and moderators may remove content after it is published.
